The Bachelorette Bash

God made friends to bring smile to your face and God made Girl-Friends to bring a loud naughty laugh to your heart!

A lot happened in the last few weeks. For starters, I got engaged!!! Yay!!

And the wedding is next week.. OMG!! OMG!!

Okay..but that 's for another blog..what happened last night is something I am dying to preserve in the memory of my blog soonest. My best friend Omu, threw me a surprise Bachelorette Bash!!
This woman with the rest of the girl gang ensured that the evening was well planned , filled with naughty, kinky, fun games, simulations, music, food and of course moments.

I have been keeping busy with all the wedding preparations, almost transforming into a "going crazy bride to be" with a never ending checklist, things to do, over shooting budgets issues, pimple and a chipped nails and just then my besties bestowed their love in such sweet and sexy form.


The night was amazing with 4 free spirited girls- a dj, a banker, 2 HR professionals bonded over booze, glowing ice-cubes, dick straws and many unmentionables-kinky-crazy tools (ahem ahem!). We did what girls like doing, Makeup- food-booze-dance-pose-gossip-bitch-emo'talks-sharing secrets and yeah of course giggle! giggle!giggle!!

What I received last night was more than any wedding gift because I know behind all the fun and kink was  constant and endless supply of best wishes,love and care for me from my friends as I start this new episode of my life.

Omu, you have been my strength, my soulmate and my best friend for ages now..what you did last night has strengthened my faith all the more on Us. No matter how life treats us, whether we win or lose, You will be there for me, like I am there for you. Love you babes.

PS: Just realized that we celebrated the eve of Independence day with utmost freedom- Having a hen'z party once in a while should be a woman's birthright. :)

I am not a Victim of my Circumstances

Every episode of Satyamev Jayte leaves me speechless, yet pumps so much blood in my heart and make me want to hug myself and feel proud of me. I see all those survivors, who faced challenges whether it was domestic violence, forced abortions, sexual molestation or humiliation due to dowry demands. But one thing prevails, that they were lost when they endured that torture but they did not succumb to it. It takes that one strong willed NO, which ends all further pain. It's a different story that the No in many cases comes after several tortures, humiliation and painful incidents..But it does come. When I look at them, who bore these tortures and have resurrected their fate, those who grew stronger than their tormentor and have healed themselves, I give a silent hug through this thin air from me to them. It took me 30+ years to be this AWESOME!

So today is the youngest I will ever be in my life because come tomorrow and another year will be added to my Age.  This thought revealed some not so happy emotions from that hidden corner in my mind (or heart! Can’t make one from the other ). Am I getting old? Hair colour are not just fashion anymore. They are here to stay! I can’t help but look closely around my eyes, to find those lines. Are they wrinkles or just lines due to excessive smiling? And what about that much hyped body clock? Since I am going to be another feet up in my 30s scale, is it time to make most of the limited egg supply in my ovaries? Why do comments like, “you don’t look a day older than 24 make me want to hug and dance ? I didn’t even care how I looked when I was 24! Am I entering the time when metabolism will go downhill and I may no longer remain that skinny girl, other girls were jealous off?
